SDR/BDR

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated SDR/BDR to help us grow by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging them through outbound outreach and converting interest into booked meetings for our sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and reach out to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM

  • Hit weekly KPIs around outreach and meetings booked

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar outbound sales role (preferred but not required)

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English

  • Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Salesloft, Clay, or similar

  • Good microphone, webcam and background

Inbox Manager

Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inbox Manager to take ownership of managing and optimizing our outbound email campaigns. You’ll ensure all client inboxes stay healthy, organized, and effective—playing a key role in driving deliverability and response rates.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes daily

  • Respond to positive replies and route leads to the right team

  • Warm up and maintain inbox health (deliverability, reputation, etc.)

  • Organize replies (positive, neutral, unsubscribe, etc.) and keep CRM updated

  • Collaborate with the sales/campaign team to improve messaging and workflows

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing cold email inboxes or a similar support role

  • Strong written communication skills in English

  • Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Smartlead, or similar

  • Organized, proactive, and responsive

Sales Rep

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time 

About the Role:

We’re looking for a persuasive and driven Sales Representative to close qualified leads and help us scale. You’ll handle inbound and outbound opportunities, guiding prospects through our sales process and converting interest into revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with warm leads from outbound and inbound campaigns

  • Run discovery and sales calls to understand client needs

  • Present our offer clearly and handle objections effectively

  • Close deals and hand off to the onboarding team

  • Keep CRM up to date with pipeline activity and notes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (1–2 years preferred)

  • Confident communicator with strong closing skills

  • Comfortable selling over Zoom/phone/email

  • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Close.com is a plus

  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

Clay Expert

Location: Remote
Type: Freelance / Part-Time 


About the Role:
We’re looking for a Clay expert who can build advanced lead-generation workflows, enrich data at scale, and support our team with creative use of Clay’s features. You’ll be the go-to person for setting up and optimizing automated lead sourcing systems using APIs, webhooks, and integrations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain dynamic Clay boards for outbound lead generation

  • Set up automations, enrich data using APIs and tools like Clearbit, Dropcontact, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Collaborate with the strategy and ops teams to implement data flows

  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance

  • Document and systemize processes for repeatability

Requirements

  • Deep experience with Clay and data enrichment tools

  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows

  • Problem-solver mindset with attention to detail

  • Bonus: Familiarity with Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, and cold email tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead)
